Room Attendant

Are you passionate about cleaning?  Do you want to be part of a friendly, professional and hard working team who maintain The Headland Hotel bedrooms, public areas and self catering cottages to very high standards?

We are looking for someone to join our close knit team who clean and prepare our rooms and cottages for our discerning guests.  You should have great attention to detail and be consistent in the quality of your work.  You should be able to work alone and as part of a team, and have excellent organisation skills. 

You will come into contact with our guests from time to time, so a warm and friendly personality is an asset.  We will be counting on you, so you must be reliable.

Reservations Co-Ordinator

You are an excellent administrator with a keen eye for detail, excellent grammar and able to work accurately when under pressure.  You are looking to move into a sales and reservations environment, working in a busy atmosphere.

You must be well spoken, personable, passionate, and highly motivated to ensure our customers receive genuine, personal and outstanding service at all times. You must be very customer focussed, able to work alone and as part of a team, and have excellent organisational skills.

Our busy reservations and events department handle enquiries and bookings for 97 stylish bedrooms, 40 fantastic self catering cottages and a range of meeting rooms.  You will be offering invaluable support to our Reservations team and will be comfortable talking to guests on the telephone and face to face.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Do you take pride in your work? 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team for the summer season.  You will have great attention to detail and be good at managing your time. High standards and a genuine willingness to exceed the expectations of our customers are key within this role.  You will be responsible for allocating work duties to team members, carrying out routine inspections of all rooms, service areas, storerooms and corridors. You will also report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues. You will assist in training and supporting new team members to deliver high standards of cleanliness and customer care consistently. 

The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience in 4 or 5 star deluxe hotels, demonstrate the ability to work in a professional and orderly manner, possess great communication skills, able to use initiative and lead by example. Food and Beverage Attendant

We are looking for a hard-working individual with a pleasant outgoing personality, smart appearance and excellent social skills. You will be responsible for assisting with the smooth operation of our food and beverage areas. Previous experience in the food and beverage sector would be an advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
